Meet Uma
Uma — meaning "shining" and "serene" — is my Yoga name. I am a dedicated teacher practicing Classical Yoga and Natural Therapy.
My journey with Yoga began in 2010. Through the rhythm of breath and slow, mindful movements, I discovered a path leading back to true inner peace.
Over the past three years, I have immersed myself in the intensive study and practice of Classical Yoga, deeply experiencing its profound power to heal and unify the Body, Mind, and Spirit.
Credentials:
Certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher.
Currently completing the 800-hour SYHET certification (Specializing in Yoga Therapy & Natural Recovery – IAYT Standards).
For me, Yoga is not about striving or forcing; it is about returning. It is a gentle, mindful journey of reconnecting with oneself through love and compassion.
